Anhui Sentai WPC New Material is an ISO 9001:2000 and ISO 14001:2004-certified company. Our WPC material has been tested by Intertek based on ASTM testing criteria and by the China National Testing Institute for compliance with national standards. Our CE-marked products have also gained Green Building Material certification, which is issued by the Shanghai Building Material Testing Institute. We have one invention patent, three utility innovation patents and 15 wood-plastic composite profile design patents that have been accepted for processing by the National Intellectual Property Office.
WPC Outdoor Decking Board
Our major product, WPC outdoor decking board, has won the recognition of the Beijing Olympic Committee, due to its natural wood look and eco-friendly characteristics. In fact, it was used outside the National Stadium of the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games. Our products were also used at Expo 2010 Shanghai.
The eco-friendly wood-plastic composite outdoor decking/flooring we produce is made of the following:
- 30% HDPE (Grade-A Recycled HDPE)
- 60% bamboo/wood fiber (professionally treated dry bamboo/wood fiber)
- 10% chemical additives (anti-UV agents, anti-oxidation agents, stabilizers, colorants, anti-fungus agents, coupling agents, reinforcing agents and lubricants)
